We will be having a virtual town hall meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 @ 7:00 PM.  We will discuss what we know so far about the upcoming 2020-2021 season and answer your questions.  Board President, Shaun Fadale, will open with what we know so far about the upcoming 2020-2021 season and then will answer your questions.

We will be using Google Meet for the town hall.  It is free of charge, but there are some restrictions.  It can only last one hour and is limited to 100 connections.  To join the meeting click on this link: https://meet.google.com/smn-mexd-zyu at or after 7:00 PM on the 2nd.

If connecting with a computer, the meeting will open in a browser.  If from a phone an app will need to be installed.  For more help, go to https://support.google.com/meet/?hl=en#topic=7306097.  I would suggest installing the app and doing a quick test before the meeting.

To avoid confusion and distractions, please join the meeting with your microphone muted.  Click on the microphone icon so that it is red with a slash through it, then click Join now.

To maintain some order, please indicate that you have a question in the chat section and unmute your microphone only when you are called upon to ask your question.  You will be called upon in order that questions are received.

If you cannot attend the town hall and have a question, please email AndrewDavidson.NCCYHA@gmail.com.  If time allows, your question will be asked during the meeting.  You will receive an email with a response.
