Sat Aug 13          9:00 AM
Wed Aug 17        5:30 PM
Sat Aug 20          9:00 AM

Sat Aug 27          9:00 AM
Wed Aug 31        5:30 PM
Sat Sep 03           9:00 AM
Wed Sep 07        5:30 PM

Sessions will last between 45 and 60 minutes.

We will be training at SUNY Fredonia, parking lot 27 (see picture attached).  There is a sidewalk to the track for those parents wishing to go there during training.  If for some reason the parking lot is full when the sessions begin, sometimes they store construction materials there but at this time it is empty, we will utilize the track.

Due to an error on our part, we will not be running the off-ice training at SUNY Fredonia.  The new location will be announced soon.

You can see the schedule and any news at the off-ice training page @ https://www.nccyha.com/page/show/7337975-off-ice-2022-

We are going to try to use the SportsEngine app as well.   If you didn’t fill out the off-ice survey, please register for training @ https://nccyha.sportngin.com/register/form/586510262.

You can get the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.  Some more information can be found at https://www.sportsengine.com/free-team-management-mobile-app.

The easiest way I’ve found to get the correct team in the SportsEngine app is to go to the team page on your phones browser and click on Continue to the Team App link when it is displayed.

All training sessions are completely voluntary.  You do not need to be registered with the NCCYHA Steelers to participate.

If the ‘feels like’ temperature is at or above 95 degrees, based on the Weather Channel Fredonia information (https://weather.com/weather/today/l/59774a19b604ae8a407e24c76f42a48ab9f780cd5465205c255cf4db08c2af23) one hour before the session, training will be cancelled.

All participants should bring water, running shoes, comfortable clothes, and a good attitude.

No hockey gear will be needed unless otherwise instructed.

All notifications will be posted on website, Facebook and the SportsEngine app.
