Andrew was first involved with the NCCYHA in 1997 as an assistant coach.  Fast forward 20 years and becoming an assistant for Mites upon moving back into the area.  Progressed through the divisions, 10U, 12U, 14U and High School Modified.   Joined the Board in in 2021 and was name President in 2022.

Andrew has been involved with NCCYHA since 2013 when his son, Gabriel, and daughter, Allison, began their hockey journeys. Andrew began serving as a Director in April 2017. Prior to his service on the NCCYHA Board,  he served as Team Manager and Assistant Coach on several of his children's teams. Andrew is currently serving as Vice President and Ice Scheduler for the organization. He is a retired NYS Corrections Officer and resides in Fredonia with his wife, Erin, and their three children.

John joined the NCCYHA board as director and treasurer in 2017. John’s youngest son joined the
NCCYHA Steelers as a Learn to Play Hockey/MITE and continued through Squirts until 2018 when the
family relocated. He continues to serve on the board to further the NCCYHA mission to provide
competitive and affordable youth hockey programming and to remain connected to the area in which he
grew up. John works as a controller at a FTSE 100 company and resides in Pittsford, NY with his wife,
Nicole, and their two sons, Jack and Wilson.

Nick has been a part of the NCCYHA organization since 2012 as a hockey Dad when his oldest son began playing hockey.   In 2015, he served as a team manager and continued that role until 2019.   Nick joined the NCCYHA board as a director in the spring of 2018.  On the board he serves as the local treasurer for the organization and fills in doing many tasks behind the scenes.   Nick works at Brocton Central School as a math teacher and runs a camp in the Pocono Mountains in the summer.   He resides in Dunkirk, NY with his wife, Alison, and three children.      

Marissa is an Occupational Therapist and Postpartum Personal Trainer that resides in Fredonia with her
husband and three children. Marissa has a long history with the Steelers organization, that in many ways
has shaped her life to what it is today. She comes from a long list of family members that have played
for the organization. From the time she was 8 years old, Marissa had spent countless hours at the rink
watching her younger brother and future husband play as Steelers. Her husband Kevin is now one of the
8U coaches and plans to continue sharing his hockey knowledge and experience for years to come. For
as long as she can remember, Marissa dreamed of being a hockey mom, and now has two sons in the
organization. She has been the Mites Manager since 2021 and joined the Board of Directors in 2022.
Marissa’s current role on the Board is to advocate for the Mites Division and help build the organization
from the ground up. A successful hockey program requires a foundation comprised of strong leadership,
values, communication, and dedication. The Steelers Organization encompasses these qualities and is
ever evolving, which is why Marissa is proud to be a part of such an invaluable growing family.
